Once youth are accepted into the program they go through an initial assessment process, get paired with a job coach, and then matched with meaningful employment experience for an eight-week summer employment term. Learn more about how the program works.
Following the summer term, some employers choose to keep youth as long-term employees. Where this is not a viable option our job coaches provide support and connections to help youth find alternate positions.
